I purchased a brand new Tilia Homes property on a Tilia Homes Development. Overall, I can't say I'm happy with the quality of my Tilia property, or the planning, design, and construction of the rest of the Tilia development surrounding my Tilia property. We had multiple snags and issues with our Tilia property from the day we moved in, because Tilia had used poor subcontractors and cheap building materials when building the property.
