This place was amazing, it's like the tardis, small on the outside but really roomy on inside. As soon as our dog got in the lodge he made himself at home in the dog bed. They even set up a little doggy bag for lupin. The views as well were really stunning. Highly recommend this place.
We absolutely loved our time at these little lodges. We will be back! Cannot recommend this enough. Pictures are lovely but honestly better in real life. I can't wait till our next visit.
Very disappointed, not a luxury venue at all. The 'premium bedding' turned out to be polyester sheets which have seen better days, and the property is lacking in quality facilities - eg no wifi, a television that keeps cutting out, a radiator that clicks through the night, old towels that are anything but fluffy. It might be more fun in summer as the location is attractive (albeit at the end of a long rutted farm track), but in the cold and dark of winter it was a sad little place.
We had an absolutely beautiful stay - we loved everything! The views, the lodge, hearing the ducks and chickens, the secure garden and goody bag for Jasper, the stove ooh the rain shower! Would highly recommend for a lovely relaxing weekend l, especially if you have a wee pupper too!
