Went into store today to return an item I bought for my sister-in-law which the colour and size wasn’t right .Didn’t want anything else so the rude sales assistant told me they don’t refund it’s on your receipt the only receipt I got was the efpost one which didn’t state the terms and conditions and the sign in the shop was not at eye but at backside level. I had the misfortune of having to return a faulty item a couple of days ago. My experience was unpleasant with long haired female shop assistant who was rude and obnoxious. Told by madam that I was not entitled to a refund, upon which, I informed her that under law l most certainly am and I insisted. Told that I was rude because l know my consumer rights.
