The living room turned out just how I envisioned! Eloise did an incredible job creating a cozy room, a place where our family loves to hang out together.
ETC is a colorful and beautifully staged shop! I always love popping in there, and I find something that I missed the last time I was there. Recently, they replaced the foam in the cushions of the loveseat in our Carolina Room and it’s so much more comfortable. They did a great job and the difference is remarkable between the old cushions and the new. Thank you ETC!
Betsy and Melissa were so helpful in helping me to select two sofas, an armchair, and pillows for our sunroom. I highly recommend these very creative ladies if you want guidance with the process to select furnishings. They have a wide range of beautiful fabrics to choose from and the products are very well made.
The owner was abrasive and short. She asked if I was in their system. I said, “No, with young kids I don’t come places like this often.” She said, “you don’t have to apologize” in a nasty tone. Then when she asked if I’d like to be in their system, I said, “that’s fine”, she said, “is that a yes or no?” Obviously I’m not assertive enough for her and she’s too much for me. I spent $80+ and have no plans to again.
