Before moving to the West End, I bounced around a lot moving almost every year due to rental increases, issues with landlords /rental properties or the safety of the neighbourhood then I found Elmwood. The management and maintenance staff are awesome and friendly people who do an amazing job everyday taking of their tenants and rental properties. I have lived at this property for a few years now and I can’t say enough! They are so kind and understanding towards their tenants and if you need anything looked at they are there to fix it as soon as possible. Easy to talk to and very welcoming . Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy townhouse for yourself or a family
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! The noise that comes from the disrespectful people who live directly behind the unit you live in is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. The rent at this place should be cut in half for what they charge and for what you literally have to put up with. No point to put in a complaint because nothing gets done. You can literally smell whatever drugs are being cooked in the offending neighbour's unit into your own.
