This is the second time I have gone to Trilogy. Marie Crawford and Ali were my therapists. They were caring, professional people. Made therapy feel like fun rather than work. Thanks to them I can now get in my car with very little or no pain. The exercises they taught me were very good and helped me improve my movements! I would not hesitate to return if the need arises! Thanks ladies you know what your doing. Keep up the good work!
The staff here are great! They host a diversity of progressive services in an environment that aims to educate, inspire, and empower folks through their PT. Whether you are an injured athlete, looking to work through and maintain, or an average member of the community recovering from a surgery, fall, or general imbalance, these folks, their knowledge and creativity, will get you through. As with any PT, pay attention, and take these exercises home. PT if life-long; it’s your body, move it or loose it :-)
