Elm Tree has been great for both my total knee replacement therapy and dealing with pain in my shoulder. The front desk crew is very helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Stephan, Kristina ,Gretchen and Nick are very knowledgeable and work together in making for a great team in completing a successful recovery.

I was treated at Elmtree's Hawley and Hamlin locations following a Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement. This was my first experience with Physical Therapy and it was excellent. All staff members were always courteous and professional. I worked with several therapists and all were excellent. I saw Dr. Nicholas Franssen and Dr. Stefan Pinkston most of the time and they were extraordinary. I am grateful to them for helping me to regain my independence!

Just want to thank all the folks at Elm Tree for their professionalism and expertise on my way to recovering from my knee surgeries. Kristina, Stephon, Nick, Gretchen and Mitch were knowledgable, very caring and patient. I felt very confident in their abilities to help me on the road to recovery.

In the last six years, I have undergone nine surgeries - multiple knees, hip, shoulder, and back. I went from being completely independent to needing assistance with everyday tasks. Each surgery left me weaker than the one before despite being referred to physical therapy. I came to Elm Tree a few months ago following my last knee surgery. Thank you Elmtree! Loved it here. Stefan and Nick were incredible and I really appreciate how much time, care, and effort they gave towards my therapy. From the moment I started and worked with Stefan to the very last day I always felt welcomed and appreciated. The front desk was also very kind and welcoming upon my arrival which made the whole experience better! Thank you again.
