The place is great. The people who live there great. But beware before signing up. Like most of these places their contracts are full of "interesting" caveats. They're resistant to owners upgrading with solar etc. Ask some residents before diving in.
My Nanna and Grandpa have been happily living here for more than 15 years. There is a pool and hall, and various activities for the community to be involved in. My grandpa is involved with lawn bowls. They also do day trips out to various locations around Adelaide on the bus.
