Great guy with anazing service
We own an older farmhouse that we rent to a family of 6. Two times they’ve had problems with intermittent power or surges. Both instances when I call they have come out that same day and usually change their schedule to get there in the morning. When they’ve lost power to their well pump and don’t have water they’ve made sure they switch the pump to another breaker so they have water. This is the second time I've used Elmore and I highly recommend them. The thermostat stopped working so my furnace wouldn't go on. The technician replaced it and started a tune up on the furnace. He noticed a problem with one valves. My furnace is older so it's a part he didn't have with him. He called several places and found one thirty minutes away. He was back quickly and the heat was on right away. Elmore cares about their customers and always go the extra mile.
The service that Randy performed was very good the issue with my light was resolved and my ceiling light was replaced in the kitchen.
