They were friendly, quick to respond, and got me scheduled fast. Came out, did the inspection, and everything went smooth for my self installed solar system, passed with no issues. Would definitely use them again 👍
They were very prompt at getting back to me and sent somebody right out. The staff are very professional and friendly.
A tornado knocked out our utility pole and line to the house, and because it was on private property, ComEd would not erect another. It was a bleak 50 hours of figuring out a plan. We called Elmore Electric on a Saturday morning. They came out, did an initial assessment, and returned later that afternoon. They installed a better pole, meter, switch, the whole works. By 9pm, ComEd was back to link their lines to ours. These guys were fantastic, and I highly recommend!
Do not recommend this "company" to anyone. They did not do all the work required, charge and immense amount of interest. You have to call and beg them for a bill. Just to find out they tacked on a huge amount of interest.
These folks are great to work with & always kind in the process.
