Stay away from this company! The owner, Rex Travis, asked for $220 upfront. He then failed to serve the defendants, won’t return my messages, and is ignoring my request for a refund. Disgraceful! I had to hire another process server, who got the job done immediately.
The server, Rex Travis, of R & R Process Servers was at first kind and responsive when I hired him. He worked diligently and cheerfully to get the papers served. He even offered me a reduced rate, which I thought was kind. I live downstate from his location and he FAILED to send me the affidavit of service. When I followed up with him and said I never received the needed affidavit (so my court case could move forward) he assured me the document had been sent, but added that he would re mail the paper to me.
