Elmer was incredible and made my first purchase very easy. I could contact him at any time, and he was always there for whatever I needed. I was probably a pain - I like knowing every single number and making sure every detail is correct - but Elmer loved to help and went above and beyond on everything he did. He gave me many options, great advice, and always made sure I understood what was going on. Thank you Elmer for everything you did.

Since day one of talking to Elmer I felt the trust and guidance I needed for my first home purchase. Elmer goes above and beyond the extra mile to make sure I’m informed with questions or the help I need. Elmer is very well experienced and knowledgeable on what he’s doing m, he’s a man of his word and will anything done he agrees to. I consider Elmer a friend and I’m sure he will always be there for me even after my home purchase. 100% recommend!
