Their baked goods are obviously great given that they produce their own flour and are a baking supply store. I also look forward to seeing whoever wins Le Grand Prix Elmendorf du Pain every year. (5/5) However, please improve the strawberry matcha latte or remove it from the menu entirely. It is not a matcha latte but more like regular dairy milk that has a hint of matcha, strawberry milk, and then a bit of strawberry puree at the bottom.
