I have used Robert on three different cases because he is awesome, I also referred him to family members, they have had nothing but positive things to say about him, Robert has always been extremely respectful, approachable and knowledgeable, he lets you talk and actually listens. He is not a pushover in court and does not minimize the effects the legal situation will have on you. I highly recommend him.
My experiences with Robert have been exceptional. He is a consummate professional, however his practice has a personal feel. You are able to speak to him without being rushed or having your sentences finished or cut off. He helped me facilitate a family member navigating a particularly sticky legal battle, and the outcome was quite honesty so far better than expected it's hard to believe. I highly recommend him.

Robert Elmen may be a nice guy, but he is a horrible attorney. He is unprepared and waits until the last minute to do anything. I kept asking hey, can we talk about everything prior to the hearing multiple times and he never got back to me than the day of the hearing 5 min before tells me this is the plea bargain and I need to decide this second.
