This man is one of the few lawyers I've dealt with that has demonstrated genuine & productive empathy. I was held on no bond for a serious charge and my brother reached out to Mr. Elmen. He came to visit same day, took notes & asked great questions, assured me I wasn't a bad person & that he knew how to help. Only lawyer that has offered to file a motion to help get me out of custody sooner. Incredible guy. Only spoke with him for about 30 minutes, but it got me through a hard time.
