My experiences with Robert have been exceptional. He is a consummate professional, however his practice has a personal feel. You are able to speak to him without being rushed or having your sentences finished or cut off. He helped me facilitate a family member navigating a particularly sticky legal battle, and the outcome was quite honesty so far better than expected it's hard to believe. I highly recommend him.

Robert Elmen may be a nice guy, but he is a horrible attorney. He is unprepared and waits until the last minute to do anything. I kept asking hey, can we talk about everything prior to the hearing multiple times and he never got back to me than the day of the hearing 5 min before tells me this is the plea bargain and I need to decide this second.
