Was a great company, been with them for years…. They updated , created a portal , which worked for uploading , but I could never download my information, when asked for help , via email , during a moment I needed the most , 1 person excluded herself - after I explained 3 times the portal wasn’t working for me…… after they dropped me, worked with a wonderful lady , that made sure I got all of my documents I needed. If we could leave zero stars we would. All my husband and I can say is run in the opposite direction very quickly! Very disappointed with level of accuracy & professionalism.
