I have seen red ants in my moms room before in a crack on the floor where they were coming out. It took 4 times of me telling the nurses station to do something about it.The only reason I let my mom stay there is for the convenience for her older sister to visit her.I had seen urine stains on the bed that were there for a couple of days and had to say something. I took my mom home for a weekend and put her on her bed and again the sheets had not been changed, the nurse apologized and had them changed right away. I found huma... read more
