Loves it but very pricey! Top notch sales people!!
Whenever I travel from Florida to the general area I go to elm shoes. The selection is good quality shoes with excellent customer service. The first time I went - and I have difficult sizing - the clerk was great, knowledgeable & helped. When I found the shoe that was just right it had to be ordered for the correct shoe size and color. I was shocked that they extended the 20% sale price that was underway to my 2 special shoes purchases. Elm is quality service for quality shoes.
Over the past decade, this is one of the few places where I've been able to find women's Red Wing boots in stock. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I definitely recommend going for the great selection and customer service.
The sales lady was able to find a pair of shoes that worked for all my different foot conditions. Now I am able to walk safely and confidently.
