I walked in to the ELM Active storefront and was immediately approached by Thomas. Who then asked if he could help me with anything. We talked about what I was looking for and he brought out several sneaker options for me to try. Unfortunately, none of them fit my wide foot. He went back and brought out a couple more options, which one of them fit! I left ELM with a new pair of Hokas and couldn’t feel better about my experience there ! ELM never disappoints and Thomas is an exceptional employee ! I will be back !
What a great experience. I was taken to the Men's section ( came in thru ladies section) and was introduced to Thomas. He was very knowledgeable of his products & understood my needs. After showing me 3 or 4prs of walking shoes I settled on a pr of Brooks.. He was very patient as I had many ? This young man is a model of all the Elm employees..ty Thomas
Staff is absolutely the highlight of this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. Upon answering I was pointed in the right direction and helped by an older gentleman who assisted me in shoe sizing. Walked out with a brand new pair of Hoka running shoes and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend this place if you want excellent service and variety.

I had a difficult order to place for what I hope will be the last pair of boots I ever have to wear in my life. It's not every store that can manage such a difficult case, but ELM knocked it out of the park! They knew how to cross-reference different styles and brands for proper sizing, explained the process and its limits, and ultimately provided exactly the kind of service you'd want for those big, rare, high-quality purchases.
