Place is trash.. bought a phone over paid and screen was not working.. then they gave me another phone.. and charged me $50 more than what I just paid!!… and I brung them a new iPhone 13.. they said they was gonna give me $40 for it!! I’m never going there again very bad experience
Worse customer service in my situation, I fixed the screen of my phone after one week, and the phone turned off. When I returned to them and explained the situation they told me they could not do anything because I passed Over one week. I felt mad because I did not go the Apple and fix it over there even though it is expensive it still has a warranty if something happens to your phone.
If I can give 0 stars I would this place is horrible and don't care about their customer service. How u fix a something half done then get mad when customers complain DONT GO HERE AT ALL ish sucks
