Five stare review because Dale Ellsworth worked on my divorce very quickly and got it done without any problems! His pricing was great and didn’t charge a crazy amount like other offices were quoting me.
Dale is smart, personable, and realistic. He offered advice that saves me money even though he could have steered me toward something profitable for his firm.
This Attorney was referred to us by a Utah Medicaid advocate. He was very helpful and gave great guidance in our needs for getting grandma on into Medicaid in her last years of life. I especially liked his straightforward advice and his open discussion of fees (a single fee) with no extra add-ons as things progressed. He also has a good knowledge of others that as well as process to help. I would not hesitate recommending having him help you in a Medicaid action.
Dale is such a great lawyer, he has helped me through this tougher situation and continued to give me hope. He is always willing to keep me updated with how things are going with my situation.
