Absolutely Amazing! Melissa helped my wife and I with a very complex real estate transaction overshadowed with an IRS lien. During closing we were notified by the title company that the pending sale of our home would require a release from an IRS lien that was twice the value of the proceeds. I highly recommend Melissa. I had an audit appointment with the IRS a week before Christmas and my wife and I did not know what to do. I google local IRS lawyers and called her she picked up and we spoke for 30 minutes on the phone about my IRS audit. I made an appointment with Melissa and at the appointment she was very understanding did not rush us and was very helpful.
