Whoever is answering the phones and managing the schedule here is so unorganized and unprofessional. Getting them on the phone is a struggle. Then once I did, she asked to call me back. She called me back days later, when she told me it would be that day. She scheduled me, and then called back a couple weeks later to move my appointment to a month later. Slow service and took 3 weeks to get the glasses Also waited 3 months to get an appointment for my son and daughter and appointment card had Anniston and woodland address and kids went to the wrong address and now they have to wait another 3 months so will be going somewhere else
