Came to get my sons FIXED birth certificate because THEY messed up his name (which I PAID AGAIN for the change) and they called me and let me know it was READY FOR PICK UP- I came to pick it up and the lady grabbed my ID threw it under the desk on a shelf and said she had “10 people ahead of me” when no one was in line.
