Purchased a Weber Wok / Steamer for the Genisis crafted system from Eliis Outdoor Nunawading. This is an excellent cast-iron wok which gets super hot and holds the heat extremely well. Cooks a fabulous stir-fry as well as being able to perfectly steam vegetables. Also purchased the Weber Rotisserie for my 57cm Kettle BBQ. Tsveta is the most knowledgeable Weber consultant you could find in Melbourne without a doubt. If you shop here you won't be disappointed.
Sveta is one of the BEST customer service people I’ve ever dealt with. She knows her products and was only too happy to help me source spare parts with suppliers and all with a smile and friendly nature. I’d highly recommend dealing with her and the team if you need anything bbq and ourdoors!

Wanted to charge $119 for Weber Family Q replacement burners. Weber store in Thomastown sell the exact same genuine part for $65 and Ellis didn’t even try and discount the part when I mentioned the discrepancy. I ended up buying a non genuine burner kit for $49.95 from Thomastown store today
