I would not recommend Mark Ellis. He worked harder to put a lein on my house than he did to get child support for my son. He is charging a 9 % interest rate on my balance making it more than my mortgage payment. It is impossible to pay off. He let my ex get away with everything. I lost everything in my divorce because the absolute minimum was done. He was more concerned with the cost than he was about helping me. Save yourself from a nightmare and find a different firm that will work in your best interest not just theirs.
