Had John Ellis represent me for the Royal Commission into Institutional child abuse. I trusted him and thought that he would do the right thing by me. But NO, he DIDN'T do the right thing by me. He used the same report that the Uniting church used and they down played my rights. After speaking with another lawyer about this, she said that a lot of solicitor's, cut deal's with the church's and to me, it looks like John Ellis did the same. No regular communication. My triggers have been induced much more. Been many holdups, since transferring to them in 2019 on advice of a Lawyer moving to their firm who left shortly after. Now 2024 I was told it would be over before Christmas 2021. But it came and went and now Oct 22 and 23. Now we are in 2024. Now my body fails me, I am in pain and no phone calls, no emails. Incredibly let down by a firm I once had a lot of trust in. My family are disappointed as they watch me go down hill. I am very saddened.

I would like to thank John and his team at Ellis Legal for all the support over the year's. Living with Complex post traumatic stress disorder is really really hard.
