This office has the sweetest group of people who work here. The first time I showed up to transfer my registration to Texas, I didn’t have all of the information and documents. The woman at the desk gave me the forms and checklist for everything I’d need to get everything done when I show up next. I went in today and everything went smoothly and they were so kind and patient with me and my kids. Thank you for hiring such a good group of people.
One of the most efficient tax offices I've used. I could pay online most of the time, but save a few dollars going in person. In 16 years, I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 30 minutes.
My experience at the Waxahachie office was awesome. Wait time was short and employee Maribel provided great customer service she was fast and professional.
If you have a trucking company stay away from here. I have 6 trucks & been in business for 9yrs, never had issues renewing my plates in Mansfield tarrant county. Now my address changed to Waxahachie so I have to renew in Ellis county. Out of 5 trucks I have had to renew so far only 1 was I able to renew without issues. Mind you they are all set up the same way. The other 4 trucks they always come up with more(different) things that I need I had to come back multiple times. The service is subpar at best. There were only 3 workers to serve an office full of customers. Also, the amount of time it takes to take care of immigrants is ridiculous. It took almost 2 hour just to renew my auto registration. This is a misuse of my taxpayers dollars. Ellis county is usually more efficient than this. So disappointed ☹️
