If you have a trucking company stay away from here. I have 6 trucks & been in business for 9yrs, never had issues renewing my plates in Mansfield tarrant county. Now my address changed to Waxahachie so I have to renew in Ellis county. Out of 5 trucks I have had to renew so far only 1 was I able to renew without issues. Mind you they are all set up the same way. The other 4 trucks they always come up with more(different) things that I need I had to come back multiple times. The service is subpar at best. There were only 3 workers to serve an office full of customers. Also, the amount of time it takes to take care of immigrants is ridiculous. It took almost 2 hour just to renew my auto registration. This is a misuse of my taxpayers dollars. Ellis county is usually more efficient than this. So disappointed ☹️
Spoke with a representative in the Waxahachie offices on the phone. She was so friendly, answered all my questions, and wished me a good day. Thanks again for great service.
Tax office moved to 302 Monroe. Better parking and bigger space.
