Sure the price is great, but now I can not repair my fridge under my home warranty because there was a repair made by this company that by passed a sensor. That now kicks on the defrost and my fridge does not cool lower than 46° every 3 days.. now I have to plan on purchasing a fridge at full prices to ensure accurate repairs can be made. A bypass repair to sell a product is ridiculous.

A technician from Ellis Repair came to my home to pick up a refrigerator for repair but was unaware he was supposed to load it. I had to assist him in getting it into the truck, which raised concerns about the company’s communication and liability practices. Later, the office contacted me and said our refrigerator had “too many repairs.” We were offered another unit for $500. If I could give zero stars, I would. We’ve been calling this appliance store for MONTHS because our washer wasn’t working right. When they finally came out to “check” it, they told us nothing was wrong—multiple times. We kept telling them something wasn’t right, but they brushed it off every time. Well, guess what? The washer just flooded my kitchen AND my bedroom. Now we have water damage because they refused to actually fix the problem or take us seriously. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and lazy.
