Done business with them twice on a washer and a stand up freezer. Both appliances have ran great with no issues. The process from start to finish was flawless, I look forward to our future business with Ellis County Appliances.

Terrible customer service, set an appointment and they never showed up called and the lady said she would find out and call back never called us back, repeated this four times each time she promised to call back never heard back this morning I call back and was told again would call be back never heard a word. Their customer service is very terrible and they just want your money from the purchase of the appliances but when it is not working they don't care and never shows up for the scheduled repairs and no communication at ... read more
