Overall a disappointing experience. The furniture is nice, and I had good interactions with most of the employees while shopping. However, the customer service from then on was disappointing to say the least.
The staff provides top notch service and professionalism, with very high quality products. Don't waste you time at chain furniture stores. An absolute gem in the Binghamton area!
