It's a toss-up--nasty service, long delays, very expensive, yet high quality furniture. Over the years I have bought from Ellis 2 living room chairs, 1 recliner, 1 couch-cum-pull-out-bed, and in 2024, 1 dinette table, which was on the store's floor. The dinette table arrived at my home with its top scratched. Richard Ellis, the salesperson, told me he would order a new top.
