This is one of the best high street shops around for ski and snowboard equipment. The staff are genuinely passionate about the sport and gave genuine real world advice on the kit as opposed to just trying to sell you stuff. The manager even stayed 45 minutes after closing time to help me finish buying skis, bindings and a new board. Good bunch here!
I went to the Bristol branch and was helped by Tristan going through a whole host of models, experimenting with liners and eventually moulding the boots and liners perfectly to my legs with the Intuition wrap liner. To say Tristan’s patience, knowledge and genuine time and care put into the whole process was incredible and well and truly appreciated would be an understatement, thank you so much for a great experience!
Had a very expert boot fitting. I had purchased a pair of Salomon boots several years ago from this shop that fitted perfectly until I’d gained weight. After measuring, my feet it appeared I hadn’t grown in size so I didn’t need a larger boot. From being agonisingly tight and causing numbness, several adjustments were made in gradual stages from grinding the base and stretching the side, adding a slight heel lift and remoulding the liner to allow wiggle room to the toes. Gabriel and the Bristol Ellis Brigham team truly go above and beyond, each and every time I've been in. They work damn hard, are passionate about what they do, and take good care of their customers. 1000% recommend Gabe and the team for anything snow-sports related. They know their stuff.
I am delighted with my new ski boots from Ellis Brigham, Bristol. I have skied in them for 2 days and they fit like gloves. Really great, knowledgable staff and excellent all round service.
