Tristan sorted me out today adapting a pair of shoes in the ski section - great service!

Mixed review as machine to scan foot not working, but the assistant who served me Kew the stock well and was very helpful. Not as many shoes available to try as I had hoped though
Boots that fit thanks to some advice and insights from people at Ellis Brigham's Bristol Whiteladies Road shop, who know what they are talking about. It may still be summer but it pays to plan ahead, so I did and received great out of season service. So I'll return when I know what I don't know about ski options and need some more, "this may be a better choice for you" guidance.
