I have a small business locally owned and operated here in toowoomba and as a small business I highly recommend no small business use this accounting firm they take take take and still did very little work for the fee they charge but when you ask them to do there job that comes with a extra fee on top for the work there ment to be doing but don't do then charge extra when you are them to do there job my bas lodgements are all wat over due then I confront them on the matter and thete response is 0ay your bill and will look in... read more
Please fix the website “contact us”. Sent email twice to get an appointment did not get any respond. Talking to the front desk person was not great either. I do not feel like I get basic customer service or respect. Seems like you guys only want to deal with big business people.
Best Accountants eva. Nothing is ever a problem, all my questions answered, and they are always available for a phone consultaion. Great prices, hard workers.
Very professional, didn't treat you like you were just a stupid female and used simple terms instead of alot of jargon that we wouldn't understand . Would recommend them to others.
