I worked for Elliott-transport systems witch is owned by carriage management. I would say DRIVER BEWARE. Don't work for this company. They tell you lie after lie. I had a total of 8 years with Elliott-transport the last 3 have been nothing but a nightmare. For most of the time I was a lease operator with them. Left in June of 23 went back in January of 24 as a company driver lasted one month and had to move on. No miles.
