I have been to physical therapy many times in my 61 years and it’s never been unpleasant but it often seems like a waste of time. You learn a couple of exercises that you can do at home and they leave you on your own to do them twice/week at the facility. Not so at Elliot. Rebecca is a professional with my recovery clearly on her agenda. I got my homework the first day , first thing and that’s MY homework.
