Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a well-stocked store. They pull your orders pretty fast and get you back to the job promptly.
We needed a circuit breaker that other stores didn't carry, but Elliot had it. Then we arrived a few minutes after closing. They stayed open past closing time with no complaints. Thanks, Elliot, for going the extra mile for us!
Very polite and professional. I had made an ignorant mistake over something so simple and the woman that helped me didn't even make me feel stupid in the slightest. I have been going to various Elliott locations for years to replace my breakers. I visited this location for the first time and Judy told me the part I was buying had a lifetime residential warranty. She did not need to tell me. No other locations had informed me over the past years. I appreciare she tried to help me and wrote down a phone number to call as well. I bought the part and will now use this location going forward and recommend the same to everyone I know. Thanks Judy!
