The counter guys will try and rip you off so they can make more commission. They will mark up items 200% and will not honor Eaton certifications. It's pretty sad when a general hardware store like Home depot and lowes have better prices and customer service.
Always have what I need and good service.
Communication and effort sucks here. Get some people with some better enthusiasm and tell you that they are out of product instead of just giving you the ticket with expectation of having all things ordered.
