Tried to place a small will call order just now. The lady on the phone kept telling me to wait so she could have a conversation about water with someone midway through the order. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Called Crawford and got the order placed in under a minute.
I needed a part and called they had it ready by the time I showed up great service!
