Absolutely the rudest and most disrespectful service manager I have ever dealt with. I was ripped off $460 in overdraft fees in a SINGLE DAY. I did overdraft my account by $85 (which was my fault and I will gladly pay for the amount and and overdraft fee) the night before my direct deposit paycheck went in. They were clearly able to see my deposit would be in first thing the morning but still charged me 16 separate charges for one overdraft all in the same exact day. 16 separate submissions all in the same day is outrageous... read more

This credit union is a total ripoff and scam artists. They put holds on checks any where from 0 to 10 days depending who your teller is. they are currently holding a cash transfer for 5 days! Hell I could have waited for a mailed check and the money would have been in there sooner. Closing my accounts as soon as my funds are cleared.
great service, great rates, multiple locations. a great credit union, all around.

I do find it of that all of these reviews were done on the same day...Seems shady for someone, such as myself, looking for a financial institution in the area...
