My son who needs speech therapy had an evaluation this past July, after waiting 6 months for this appointment. Emma was wonderful to work with that day. Unfortunately, I was never informed tilll that day of our appointment that our future appointment times were already booked. The time did not work for us, therefore now he can't get the help he needs here. Back to being on a waiting list for milestone's now. Hopefully, better experience there. There is just something special about this place. I have seen other neuro rehab PTs at other specialty offices, but these folks are all on the same page. Office staff, PT/OT therapists, and aides are all great, I am always comfortable, feel included in my care, and learn something helpful or functional. I primarily see a physical therapist, Chuck, who is outstanding. The knowledge, comfort, and ease of interactions are unparalleled in the ten or so years I've interacted with PTs. My experience here has been absolutely amazing. After being involved in a severe car accident I was seen here for speech therapy and neuro PT. Each and every staff member that I have worked with has been absolutely amazing and really listened to my concerns. The admin team was amazing and always will to help with questions and concerns. After being apart of this place for a year I can confidently recommend them!
