Jessica and Felicity provided the best experience for us as first home buyers. They were quick to answer all of our questions and really took the time to explain the ins and outs to us. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely use ET Solicitors in the future.
We were forced to relocate our 16-year business in March 2025 due to ongoing leaks for the entire duration of our tenancy. Jessica and Belinda represent the landlord, and after 7 months since vacating the property they are still holding our $19K bond without justification, and have not responded to our solicitor's emails since July. Belinda was dismissive and impolite when I called. It's questionable whether our 50+ emails/calls have even been passed onto the landlord they are representing. I could not be more happy with the Service I received from Elliot Tuthill Solicitors when purchasing my first property. Both Jessica and Belinda were fantastic, answered all my questions promptly and were so attentive with the entire process.
