I underwent many months of PT care with Sarah and her team. Without exception, ever time I arrived everyone was kind and considerate. Sarah was a rock star at listening to me and my concerns and my body. She turned a scary and painful ordeal into something manageable and achievable. Paid massive copay and was told they would bill insurance for the rest. Next thing I know $170 has been sent to collections. This brings my out of pocket cost to $250 for a 15 minute physical therapy appointment. Poor customer service in resolving this matter. Therapists are below par as well

I have used Elliot PT at Hampshire Hills to help speed the recovery from a variety of injuries over the last 10 years. My experience has been very favorable. Yes, they are somewhat expensive but the therapists are very knowledgable and Work with only one patient at a time. I. strongly recommended them
