We provided everything for her.. EVERYTHING, in order perfectly. still proceed to call us 10x different times saying everything wasn't provided & its "in a mess" which it was not.. she messed up our taxes months & months later , had to re file our taxes. very disappointed...

I’m incredibly disappointed in this lady’s work. We provided her absolutely everything she would need, including copies of of drivers licenses, past year’s taxes for social security numbers, addresses, only to have her call 15x to get answers to questions SHE WAS PROVIDED to begin with. Our taxes were not complicated, but she acted like she was doing a business with 8,000 employees. Thanks to her, our taxes will be late and have to pay penalties. We gave her a full week to get them them completed. Don’t waste your time.
