Excellent place to workout.
People are very friendly.
My wife and I have been going to Age Well and Core Fit for the last 3 years at the North Laurel Community Center and the instructor Roxanne is a big reason why we keep signing up. Roxanne makes it fun while keeping everone involved and on target. She has a great smile and a very engaging personality. She has an extensive background and certifications. She is a great instructor and cares about her partisaments.
This senior center's gym is much better equipped than the Elkridge location, except for 2 of the treadmills being out of service.
Roxanne Hartman employs her vast education in health & fitness to infuse consistent energy, smiles, and laughter in Agewell class. Never mundane, with exercise, aerobic & musical variations. Exercise modifications are offered, EVERY class. Roxanne fosters a TEAM spirit of camaraderie. Today, a fellow student did a 4 minute plank! (Applause & awe by all follow…. 🤩) Faith in her students to reach their full potential safely is the goal, and a gift to us! Kudos to Roxanne, for truly AGING us WELL‼️
