Helped me with some questions I had
Dan Rock was good about advising me on what to do about ADT Solar not completing my solar panel system install. Not very helpful with my attempt to get a suit going against them, though, and then proceeded to tell me that they are *not* on my employer's Met Life Legal Plan anymore, which is where I found them, and where I still see them listed.

Mike Jones/ Larry Sheehan are unresponsive, regularly forget attachments, unreliable, don't answer questions fully to keep engaging clients to bill more, makes donations to wrong organizations on my behalf - quite awful
