After repeatedly charging our credit card and having to dispute charges with our credit card company and Cory telling us he was sorry and wouldn't happen again and it just kept happening. We had to cancel our credit card to stop getting charged. This place is horrible, should be closed down, and everyone refunded for the services they never recieved. Bad business. I wish I could give 0 stars because they don't even deserve 1.
HORRIBLE. Very smug and think they are above any customer. Has a smart mouth and even calls out my pregnant wife saying that if she wasn't pregnant he would have read her the riot act as if she is the one out of line. Takes forever to return MULTIPLE voicemails and puts blame on his employees making them look bad instead of stepping up to the plate as the one in charge. They claim they don't issue refunds but then says they will issue refunds but childishly makes you wait an exorbitant amount of time; and still haven't seen ... read more
In utter disbelief at how poorly we were treated by the staff at Ellespa. (And are still being treated) after asking for a refund for services we did not receive and attempted to schedule for months, the owner reported us to the local police asking that we not contact him. Back story: I scheduled a spa day for my birthday two months in advance, was told i'd be contacted by Elle to set up the specifics of my "special day"...never heard from Elle.
