I have visited my mother in Ellesmere House over 80 times since she became a resident seven months ago. So I have been there a lot more than the inspectors. Cleanliness is of course important. But sometimes, we are health and safety gone mad. My mum's room is cleaned well every day and the home as a whole in my experience always feels and smells clean, contrary to other residential homes I have visited.
