I know ERH does not have the best reputation if you ask around, but I have not had a problem with anyone in the er. Infact, everytime i have to go to the er, the receptionists, doctors and even the staff are very nice! They all go out of their way to make someone in pain, feel better, not just with medicine but by treating all individuals with respect. Thank you ERH.
