They are very friendly, no waiting, and are quick, I go there everytime
Edit: went in, spoke with a gentleman who said he would fix it... so we're waiting again. Supposedly it will come in the mail from Olympia but I get to start waiting again. They lost my title! We paid to have the title in our name when we paid the car off. We never got our title. Now we have to pay (someone else, not this company) $40 to do it right. My address is accurate.

Have used them at least 20 times, they were even able to help with two vehicles that were imported from Europe. Most agencies don't even realize that is a thing. Knowledgeable, friendly and great hours
