Ellen is excellent! I have anxiety and was experiencing debilitating panic attacks. Ellen has many self-calming techniques she teaches that help so much when panic comes. This was especially useful at night. She also identified the trauma I experienced. Ellen is a caring, Christian woman who holistically can help mastery and re-definition of panic for the client. I highly recommend her for anxiety treatment.
My wife and I were referred to Ellen by a close friend. We had been praying to find a counselor that was also a Christian, as that was extremely important to US. Ellen was fantastic in her approach as she not only listened to our issues but she taught us both how to listen to each other and have empathy for each other It has been almost 2 yrs. since our first visit and our marriage is better than ever.
