I placed a rather substantial order on Feb. 27. After 6 days, the order had not shipped and I wanted to cancel it and order from someone else. I sent an email, requesting that the order be cancelled. Within a couple of hours, I received a notice that a shipping label had been created for my package. Then it sat for another two days before it was actually taken to the post office.
