I was extremely unsatisfied with Ellen's service as my attorney. She charged multiple unnecessary fees, was highly disorganized, and repeatedly got my case dismissed, seemingly to prolong the process and extract more money. It's clear she lacks any real knowledge about landlord/tenant cases and she was only focused on making money, rather than effectively representing her clients.
