Ellen has helped my body greatly by releasing loads of tension in my upper body and lower back. Really easy to chat to, very friendly and she definitely knows her job. Would highly recommend her as her massages have definitely helped my tense body.

I’ve been going to Ellen for about 7 months now! I starting going because of my job I lean over a lot so couldn’t sleep due to back pain and after a few sessions my back pain eased and every time I go I feel more and more relaxed.
