Always a wonderful experience at Elle.
Apparently, this MedSpa believes their time is more valuable than mine. I waited over 40 minutes and when asked when my appointment would begin (because I had to get back to work), was responded with “I’ll check” with an attitude (older blonde lady at the front desk). No explanation, no apologies, nothing. You just lost a client.
Great experience with my first facial and toxin injections at Elle! Warm, inviting atmosphere and Erica explained everything she was doing. This will stay a part of my self care routine.
